- Tracee Anderson, Treasurer: CPA, Certified Tax Coach & Real Estate Developer – Oversees financial stewardship, compliance, and tax strategy to support long-term organizational health.
- Lasenta Lewis-Ellis, Board Member: Commercial General Contractor & Developer – Offers expertise in construction management, contractor partnerships, and delivering quality projects on the ground.

Odeidra Williams is a community-driven real estate and development professional focused on expanding affordable housing and workforce opportunity. She brings experience in community development, economic analysis, and real estate projects that center residents and long-term neighborhood stability.
Through Will Grow Development, she connects builders, students, nonprofits, and public partners to turn underused properties into affordable homes and on-the-job training sites for youth and young adults.
